Honest, Hard-Working, and Dedicated

In 1970, two ambitious teenagers, with the help of their father, started manufacturing and installing window screens. Aptly named "Teen Screen & Window" was born. Within a couple of years, those teens were making screens at the wholesale level for local window manufacturers. It wasn't long before they were able to move from their make-shift operation to a commercial location at 170th & Highway 99 in Seattle (pictured above).

In 1975, the company became TESCO Corporation. In 1980, they built a new 5,500 sq. ft. office and manufacturing facility in Mukilteo, WA., where they reside to this day. Discount Window Screens is a division of TESCO Corporation. The business has always been family-owned and operated, with one of those teenagers, Jeff, still playing an active role in the daily operation.
